@kermatu do you have the recipe for the corn/haloumi/polenta fritters?
After consulting the chef* - she confirms @mrs.dr.ron is correct.

We've subsequently tried with no haloumi and with an increased amount (including chilli haloumi). More of any type is definitely the way to go.

Yesterday we went to Blasta Brewing not far from Optus Stadium. It is a fairly typical 'Microbrewery' with meals available. But the staff were efficient and friendly. Happy to give you a taste of a beer before you ordered. All tables were carefully disinfected between diners.

The beers were perfectly fine and I had a nice 'German' Hefeweizen - wheat beer style.

The meals were of the type and price you would expect at this sort of place but the ingredients were of a top quality and well cooked.

My lunch of a Steak Sandwich - ordered 'medium' and with bacon. The meat was very tender.

My wife's Fish and Chips. The fish was Shark Bay Silver Whiting and was pronounced as excellent. The onion tasted like a giardiniera version.

The Grandkids Cheeseburger and Chips. It was a good offer, for these sort of places. There were was a package offer of a small fruit juice, the burger & chips and a bowl of Ice-cream with cherry compote and chocolate 'soil'. We did have some drama as my grand-daughter had been happily showing us her loose tooth before the meal but when it came out in the burger she was bit upset and wouldn't finish it off. The ice-cream was of course happily eaten. The green stuff was, obviously, mostly ignored.
