I'm an Accor+Platinum member having first qualified for the status last year. When I initially qualified for Platinum I was given 2 suite night upgrade awards to use. Just this past week I climbed past the 60 nights required to earn Accor+Platinum status this year as well. However, I have yet to receive the 2 additional suite night upgrade awards for this year. My question is how long do these upgrades take to post to the account? Am I right in assuming that you will earn 2 suite night awards each year you qualify for Platinum or is there something I am missing here?

Update: I ended up reaching out to Accor via a web form and today I noticed the 2 SNUs have been deposited to my account (along with an email confirming it). So the point here is simple: once you re-qualify for Platinum you should see those 2 SNUs appear. If you don't follow up via web form.

Different scenario. After attaining 4,000 status points while Plat, when should the additional SNU appear in the account? I seem to have hit 4,000 last 10 December.

To make sure of eligibility: is it just a matter of adding up all the 'status points' posted against various stays while Plat?

If I am due, what's the best avenue/portal to put in a claim, please?

No, they only count status points after you hit the 14,000 status points threshold for platinum, so your statement is only true if you qualified for platinum via status points instead of number of nights.

I got to Plat via Accor Plus subscription and some other stuff - so what you are saying is that I won't get additional SNUs?

Once you hit plat no additional SNUs are awarded until you hit 14000 status points

That's not what the Accor web site appears to say:

How do you get a Suite Night Upgrade?

You earn two Suite Night Upgrades when you reach 14,000 Status points or 60 nights. You then get one extra Suite Night Upgrade each time you accumulate 4,000 additional Status points (up to 12 per year).

Of course, unlike what they say, you can also reach Plat via gifted nights (Accor+ sub). But I get what @glasszon says that I have to earn Plat first (14,000 sps), not be gifted it. I'll just have to be happy with the 2 freebies.

I probably phrased that wrong, you get the two for hitting plat then no more until you hit 14000

I think you've been dealing with the Accor program for longer than me, and I don't wish to be argumentative, but that's still not what the web site says, is it?

Web site says:

* Get 2 SNUs by earning 14,000 stps and getting to Plat.
* Get 1 SNU for every 4,000 stps after that.

You are right that the ordinary reading of the language implies you will get a SNU by earning 4000 status points after obtaining platinum, but accor has enforced the policy such that additional SNU can only be earned by achieving 18000 status points, as @markis10 said

The terms and conditions of the program are what matter and have been clear for the last 15 years, website not always:
