I'm an Accor+Platinum member having first qualified for the status last year. When I initially qualified for Platinum I was given 2 suite night upgrade awards to use. Just this past week I climbed past the 60 nights required to earn Accor+Platinum status this year as well. However, I have yet to receive the 2 additional suite night upgrade awards for this year. My question is how long do these upgrades take to post to the account? Am I right in assuming that you will earn 2 suite night awards each year you qualify for Platinum or is there something I am missing here?
