When does Loyalty Bonus become available to select after qualifying for it?

If you submit a missing points claim, the proceeds of which would trigger the loyalty bonus selection, would the 90-day period selection period be backdated to when the flight was, or would the timer begin when the missing points claim was acted upon?

The flight that tipped me over 1000 SCs was over a week ago now, and I haven't had any notifications or options for the loyalty bonus.
I got one when I reached 500, but this time around nothing.

Is calling the FF helpdesk the best course of action? Its petty important as it will be the linchpin that gets me to Platinum!

Were the Status Credits earned from eligible Qantas or Jetstar flights (JQ, 3K, and GK)?

Yes they were. QF metal, T/R ticket, Long Haul.
Did you include the last loyalty bonus and any other bonuses (like double status?).

For example, this is my current year bonus. But my actual SC is almost at 900. See if you can find this page which should be available here

hmmm that IS interesting. For some reason its only saying I'm at 755 (my current SC is 1105), which is confusing as apart from the first loyalty bonus at 500 SCs, every other status point has been earnt through flying QF metal. So I'm not sure where I would have any "ineligible" SC's? do Double Status credits not count?

I am pretty sure 755 was where I was at before I took my long haul last week, so for some reason whilst my account is recognizing the SCs, it hasn't updated on the Loyalty bonus page?

I've done some googling and realised that Double SC's dont count towards Loyalty bonus. That explains it!
Thanks for your help!

DSC do not count. Only SC earnt on actual flying does.

Hi, does anyone know if SC obtained via Points Club Classic Rewards count towards the loyalty bonus? I want to retain Gold, but I will be 15 SC short to activate the loyalty bonus, which will then tip me over 600.
