Just another guess it is an old school dragster and looking at the photo there seems to be a person driving on the RHS and the electric poles in the far background could be SA stobie poles. My guess Elizabeth SA?
Sadly, not in Aus. Unfortunately we aren't allowed to do "shoot out" in Australia due to safety regulations (this is a restoration project). :(

Haven't been there, but a bit of sleuthing suggests Famoso Raceway, near Bakersfield California.
Correct! "The Patch" as the community refers to it.

If you want a random photo out the front window of a car try this one (need more than and the Country").

I get an African vibe (The dirt, tropical vegetation, the bonnet + bullbar). Not Southern / Eastern as most drive on the left. I can see the the reflection of "First Aid Ki" there, so I'll take a punt and say Kinshasa (DRC).

Edit- Dajop probably right (Kigali)

Berlin is to the right :)
Reminds me of

”I'm guided by a signal in the heavens (Guided, guided)
I'm guided by this birthmark on my skin (I am guided by)
I'm guided by the beauty of our weapons (Ooh, ooh)
First we take Manhattan, then we take Berlin”

:p:cool:

Well found, at Gusen Bahnhof. We sat here for 15 minutes while the loco shunted back and forth before eventually heading off towards Magdeburg.
Well, the building sign did say Gasthof Zur Eisenbahn! :)

Kigali it is.

Passing the Presidential Palace - but the place is as tidy as that, and road kerbing painted black/white, everywhere.
