More a reflection on saying the uniqueness of the aircraft means there can be only 1 location.
There's an SR-71 on the main deck of the USS Intrepid in New York (along with a Concorde and Space Shuttle) though none of them ever flew off an aircraft carrier. I never realised they built so many SR71s to be able to have so many in museums.

There are a few around. Another in the Evergreen air museum in the Willamette valley as I remember.

Hmm interesting. Any decomposed body out there would be a conspiracy theorist magnet. ET? (Even though they say victim)

The shotgun cartriges nearby implied a more prosaic end ... (as did the coroner's report).

This is in Europe. What's the name of the lake and what diplomatic event happened at a village on it, post war? JohnM may not answer.

Rhymes with the name of an Italian scooter ( but not in Italy) . Finally an agreement 2-3 years ago as to who can use a certain name.
Think of 2 neighbours who have been squabbling over who is who for years.
…..
Edit
Lake Prespa. Prespa accord. The Greeks and North Macedonia decided Macedonia is Greek and North Macedonia can use Macedonia if they use “North” (it’s complicated). Amazing what neighbours fight over and no wonder the Balkans will always be squabbling

The space shuttle on the Intrepid never went anywhere, except on the back of a 747. Certainly not into space.

Already answered as the Boeing Museum at Seattle.
Correctly the Museum of Flight

This is a place I fear I'll never visit again, at this rate...

Here's a clue: back in the days of US Airways dividend miles, you could achieve some pretty creative routings on your way home from the US!

The third photo will give it away, but photo #2 might ring bells - it was quiet in here at 5am on a Sunday!

Technically that concorde is on the dock, IIRC. The guide had a minor freak out when I tried to sit in the left hand seat... Almost got in there and all
