I would choose the 747 if I could snag 1A or 1K. I like the novelty of looking forward on takeoff and landing. 5B/J aren't too shabby for space, either.
 
I like the A380 and the 747. I haven't been on the QF 787 yet, but there's a fair chance I may later this year or next year with the number of 787 services growing.
