A bit OT but does anyone know how long it takes for points transfers to Velocity or KF? Assuming it isn’t instant like AMEX.

Received a phone call to say that my account details on file didn't match by QFF account. May have been something wrong with the name – QFF using my initials instead of my full name, perhaps. Anyway, that explains why no points have been transferred to date. I've been told to await the next statement period, at which point all the points owing, backdated, should be transferred. Interesting.

Started the transfer Friday night, arrived Tuesday morning. So anecdotally, would be 1-2 business days. Just a data point for those interested.

Thought I'd mention that the offer for 70k QFF bonus with a 3k minimum spend finished yesterday.
Today's new offer which expires on 29 Feb 2024 is much worse: 40k bonus QFF with a 4.5k minimum spend.
Standard annual fee of $129 + 49 applied in both situations.

No waiting period though - for this and the Suncorp rewards card.

Well my QFF points still haven't landed since I got the card. Waiting for them to appear before cancelling. Now I have to phone them again. Never had this problem with anyone. Phone calls to Amex, for example, have always been answered well, and promptly.

Just an update: it took 2 phone calls from me and at least another 2 or 3 from them calling me to get the points transferred. Finally arrived.

Card now cancelled. Sorry Suncorp.

Meanwhile, I've never cancelled my Amex card. They've been great!
