I would say yes to attempting the upgrade to F for 61k (assuming points are not too much of an issue). The food is not that much different to J, but the seat, specially in bed mode with the bedding, quiet and relative privacy is absolutely worth it imo. The service is more personal too (as you'd hope and expect) but for me it's all about the comfort of the bed. the J suite is OK, but the QF F, even a relatively old design these days, has a huge comfort factor for me at least.

Ha, caught out by my random rather than systematic searches.

I seem to remember now that A380 3 days, 789 4 days.

Checked EF again for the next 7 days:

A388 5/8. 7/8, 10/8
B789 4/8, 6/8, 8/8, 9/8
Defiantly not on the 10/8

Well then EF has yet to catch up. BTW, 10/8 is F0 A0 J0 C0 D0 I0 W0 R0 T0 Y0 B0 H0 K0 M0 L0 V0 S0 N0 Q0 O0 X0 E0

All zeros suggests something is happening.
It's all zeros because it's also fill to the brim in all classes. I took 93 over to lax last wed send premium classes full.

I'm on 12 back on Friday so hopefully it stays 388. I keep getting emails to bid for a J to F upgrade but it's F0A0 lol

But isn't the 3 days of a388 because there is only 1 A380 frame for LAX at the moment? The other 3 frames are used for QF1/2

We're on the 19th.

ex SYD or MEL?
Edit: never mind, I'm on the18th (getting my days confused).

I was suppose to be on an A380, but it was switched to a B787 a few weeks back.
I'm at this stage on an A380 coming back, but we'll see.
