First day of winter here in Hobart and ....

Peninsula doesn't seem to be that expensive, even

I've actually booked something similar. Your trip report has made me realise I might have missed something for the 3K flight. In the booking process there was an option to select a $10 voucher for $0. I can't remember selecting that, and nothing is showing on the booking email.

Was the $10 voucher was that automatically granted, or did you have to select the option when booking?

I didn't select any option other than the bundle when booking. If you hit the link (Starter Max) under the flight number on your confirmation email, it will take you to a page that shows your entitlements as part of the bundle

The voucher isn't really a voucher ... its a printed notation on your BP - V10S



You have to be proactive and request your allowance ... didn't appear to be a procedure for crew acknowledging/providing the allowance.

Worked both sectors without a hitch.

If you want to OLCI - do not select an exit row.

Being jetstar, I had visions of being denied the voucher because I didn't select that option while booking. Happy now.

I've used the plus pack seat selection to take a non-exit row seat. Hope that works fine.

The Pen does some great packages + they have always been willing to bargain. The deal I wanted for this trip was only showing for two nights, sent an email ... Sir, three nights won't be a problem.

Bangkok is an excellent long weekend .... as long as it's done in style!

I even enjoyed my session in the spa ... 80min Thai massage

I hit the lounge pretty hard so didn't partake in the F&B offering ... sleep was the objective for this flight.





It was an excellent long weekend!

I think we'll do it all again next winter

No good with F however, I got J BNE-SYD-xLAX-JFK .... JFK-LAX-BNE released x 2 SYD-LAX seat map is showing old first :mrgreen:

None of these flights were showing on QFF ... very happy!

Now have the radar set to see if I can convert some of these sectors to F...
