When was it not possible?

Some stores may try to stop you and the occasional POS operational system may give you some difficulties, but I do this frequently with little to no problems.

I WILL get it. Only about 30 cards short. So even if I can't find anymore cards in the next few days I'll just pay the difference.

Hard work today to find the last 30 cards I needed. Also managed to buy 30 in one transaction. But it did cause some problems with some of the cards not activating. Definitely wont be doing this again.

Now to redeem all of the cards for JB gift vouchers and then transfer all of those $10 amounts into high denominations. How many days do I have to do all of this????????

You have to redeem the $10 JB gift cards by May 29. But you can take your time transferring those $10 amounts into whatever larger denomination you were after (I assume $500 amounts?).

Nor do any of the $10 cards show as having being used when I check their balance. Hope this hasn't been shut down!

I asked in a store and they said you can use more than one gift voucher in a transaction, if need be.

Yep I converted mine in store and then emailed the manager the cards for process of order....
Not on this promo but purchased. $2.7k laptop on $50 gift/e-gift card!!!!

I converted some online at 2pm this afternoon and the confirmation came a couple of minutes later. The new voucher arrived 20 minutes later.

Seems to have worked itself out.

No email confirmation was ever provided. But 1 hour after placing the order the new gift card was emailed. The old $10 cards are now showing as being used.

I think I was reading off ozbargaib some stores enforcing no e-gift payments for gift card P which put me off this latest promo but doesn't sound like it's widespread

It's definitely not wide spread, at least at present.

I've seen the same comments. I think it more likely that those people had no idea what they were doing and were unnecessarily bringing attention to themselves.

Anyone that tell you it can't be done has no idea what they are talking about.

Found out when buying the $100 get $20 back amex statement credit and have consolidated them to $900 ones. They take 10 gift cards at a time but I have found it wouldn't let me process the order when entering 10 gift cards so you should only do 9 at a time.
