I called ER this morning and after being on hold for a few minutes, was told that I’m on a list of “missing members” who haven’t received their vouchers and it’ll be emailed to me by the end of the week.It's now the prescribed 8 weeks past end of promo for the QF $50 hotel voucher for spending $30 at Woolies. I messaged in ER app and they are saying to call QF which is very unappealing due to usual wait times and call centre employees available to lowly bronzes. Is anyone else still waiting for their hotel voucher?
