Woolworths lack of bonus points complaint thread

I have provided feedback via their link about most of the fuel offers I have received. Stated very bluntly that I am not satisfied with the program, that I joined EDRs for QFF points, not fuel offers.

Looks like another week of coughpy fuel offers! I will be sending more negative feedback! I wonder how long the WW group can keep this self destructive behaviour up, towards their own brands?

I dont click on the fuel offers (no use to me). WW dont seem to have got the message!
I miss the points offers as well but I think they know what they are doing.

After all why should they continue the practice of offering bonus points where all people do is spend ~$1.75 for 250 bonus points and then document the process on this website? Woolworths must be really stupid not playing the game most on here want to play.

I am going to complain but only that they send out bonus offers requiring considerable spend to reward loyalty. I may as well get something for shopping at Woolworths every week.

I got an 18¢ fuel offer - more elsewhere - but that's one I can (and will use).

Crazy as it seems, the fuel vouchers are sometimes going for around the same spend as some of the strange points offers. I once had a points offer where I only spent $1.98 for 150 points. In one of the fuel offers in the last few months I spent $1.49 for a 6 cent fuel voucher. The system is strange whether it comes to fuel vouchers or bonus points. I'm sure WW has figured out that most people will just do their regular shopping at the same time as taking up the targeted offers rather than only spending the absolute minimum for the reward offered. I guess we're in the minority. It's fun being in the minority though.

I got that one as well. Sadly last Friday I spent $50 to get a 10c voucher. I would love to get the 18c voucher, but cannot at the moment justify chasing this voucher considering I only fill up once a month and the voucher last only a month. So if I have 2 one will probably expire.

Don't forget the highest value voucher goes to top of list.

You must have a really big fuel tank

It is I, Leclerc !

You must have a really big fuel tank 

I'm in a similar position I fill up once a month but have a relatively small tank and drive a diesel....but then I drive about 11,000 KM's and fly 400,000 KM's!!!!!

The fuel offers are a pain because they are just wasted. I sent feedback now I don't get any offers....well for two weeks anyway. :(

If you get the double points offer please try to take it up. (No 5% off gift cards allowed).
We need the points offers to come thick and fast as fuel offers are pretty dull to frequent flyers.

For some weeks I sent in feedback that the offer was not relevant, and I didn't buy fuel. I did not activate them either. The targeted offers have dried up so I can only assume they know not to bother me with a fuel offer. I have just got to wait until the points offer start again.

I have been sending feedback on offers for a few weeks that the fuel offers are not relevant and i would prefer QFF points offers, but so far i just keep getting more fuel offers.

Currently have 2x15c and 2x8c vouchers sitting there ready to expire early December. Might get to use one now that the last of my BP vouchers is gone. But I also got a double points offer on my EDR credit card. Just a shame ATO payments don't qualify. ;)

Same. Got an identical offer with high spend to last week. Sent feedback saying the spend was too high and I'd prefer points, otherwise there was no incentive for me to shop at Woolies (and I did actually shop at Coles this week, but more by need than choice).

Just sent Feedback to Woolworths regarding my spend last week, expressing my dissatisfaction.

No special offers all November from Woolworths, so offer last week was a point for every dollar over $30, and 2 points per litre for petrol, (4cents).
Value for this was $2.70.

In contrast Coles offered 1 point per dollar, 500 bonus points, 4 bonus points per spend, and 8 cents a litre off petrol.
Assuming my normal 50 litre fill, the Coles offer was worth $8.12.

Naturally I shopped at Coles.

An additional aggravation is that Woolworths have moved the margin up between 91 octane and 98 octane.
Now 15 cents a litre, in lieu of 13 cents. Still 13 cents at BP.

I haven't reviewed a bonus points offer from Wollies in abt 3 months now!

Very likely to be posted via iPhone or iPad :)

Look what I got in the mail today!
