@Buzzard Pls confirm pickup time and venue next Sunday. Thanks.
At 3:30pm we need to return to the coach where our driver will have the engine primed and running ready for our return to Adelaide. Our first stop will be at the airport by 5:30pm where we say goodbye to those leaving the tour there.
Also hope the plan is still to get to Adl airport by 530pm as my VA flight is scheduled for 625 pm. i would have done OLCI and have carry on only....unless I buy too much wine ;)

Pick up time is 08:30 sharp outside the Adelaide Convention Centre, North Terrace.
About a 15 minute walk from the Hilton or you can get a free tram and alight once it turns onto North Terrace.

As long as people do the right thing and board the return coach on time, we will arrive at ADL airport on time save for unforeseen circumstances.

Into the final week, looking forward to the weekend.

Buzz do you think our tasting menu will be something like this.
https://www.rockfordwines.com.au/_r1257/media/system/attrib/file/405/Rockford Tasting List March 2018.pdf

Hoping I can preorder a few bottles of 2012 Shiraz VP.

Looking for mainly whites this trip, purchased a box of red last year and 11 bottles still in the cupboard hopefully aging nicely.
Based on previous visits, our tasting experience will be much better.

With only days to go before the tour, I just need to remind everybody that the coach departs at 08:30 SHARP from outside the Adelaide Convention Centre on North Terrace.

We have a massive prize pool for this event thanks mainly to the following members:
@Matt_01 @juddles @Danger @Denali

A total of 43 things are up for grabs!! If it wasn't for the generosity of those members there would only be 19 items.
Put your thinking caps on and you just might take something home. If we don't give everything away, the balance shall be given away sometime during AFF #12.

And just as I am typing this, @ALH has sent me an SMS asking if I want more stuff, so there may be even more goodies added to the pool, suitcase space dependent.

There will more free stuff in the 3rd quarter. The hoard is just getting ridiculous a fair bit will go to the Hutt St shelter (hotel products) and the rest - PJ's Amenity Kits and other stuff will be given away here.

Ruby and I were sitting out the back yesterday having a few wines and chatting to our friends Leanne & Marc who are coming on the tour, when @ALH and @GPH just appear. They drove from the airport to our house in a hire car and give me a suitcase simply saying "we want the case back". This certainly calls for 2 more glasses and another bottle of red.
When they leave, I open the case and it's FULL of stuff to give away! So we now have even more prizes although most will be kept for AFF#12.
Next, I get an SMS from @boomy offering another couple of pairs of PJ's!
I'm really looking forward to tomorrow, this should be one hell of an event.

Unfortunately I'm HLO so will prpbably turn down most, if not all, prizes. Great weather in Adelaide...now to have lunch in city with my parents. See everyone tomorrow!

I'm glad you said most as there are 12 bottles of wine as prizes.

At meeting point now....no one here yet. Off to look for coffee!
