Going to try really hard to re-organise a few things and make this.
It sounds fab

Unfortunately Im going to be a bronze for this , much to me disappointment as I have a Xmas party on the Saturday night in SYD. Im still yet to get to the Yarra Valley and it would have been a great opportunity to stock up for Xmas . Next time .

I presume the $65 includes Lunch?... and head to Innocent Bystander/Giant Steps for lunch and a premium wine tasting of the Giant Steps range...
Cost for this event is $65 (plus trybooking fee) and includes:
Bus to Yarra Valley and return to Melbourne and Melbourne Airport
Tasting at St Huberts
Tasting at Punt Road Wines
Premium tasting [with Lunch?] at Innocent Bystander/Giant Steps
Tasting fees are refunded if a purchase is made.
...
No, lunch is at own expense as we weren't keen on their banquet options and would have added an extra $40-60 to the cost.I presume the $65 includes Lunch?
I live quite close to the Yarra Valley and often take family and friends on wine tours. So I will opt out here.
It looks like the itinerary is set, but we always start out at the Coldstream Brewery. They have a tasting "platter" of small glasses of five or six beers and ciders for a modest price. IMHO, its a must if you are visiting this beautiful part of the world.
But, as I said, it's probably a set itinerary. If anyone visits independently, it's worth checking out.
I don't drink beer so it wasn't on my radar to be honest And yes the itinerary is set, all venues have been booked.

Thanks blackcat20 and TomVexville
I have booked for two
There is also the brewery next door to Innocent Bystander which people can wander over to if they have finished lunch and wine tasting.

I for one will dash across as I don't mind boutique beers.
Especially keen to try the dark ale.
I'll join you, the dark ale is excellent!
It's a date!
Have you ever tried the Red Ale at the brewery in TSV?
I thought you didn't drink!Oh, its a Sunday?
I could have my arm twisted to do something on Saturday, but drinks before drinks can be dangerous
