You know you are a frequent flyer when ...

That you actually don't get involved with many of the above posts because you have learnt through experience at many a party people turn away (mainly through jealousy) and can become aggressive when you mention the great dinner in Paris or the shocking ride in a KL taxi. A good FF is one who actually lets his/her partner tell the travel stories and sit quietly in the background, or the one who goes back to their hometown and has to dumb-down when locals mix SC's with demerit points.....

.....you find yourself adding oddities to the phone dictionary, like DSC, SCs, WP, SG, OOL, BNE, POM, DYKWIA etc to stop auto correct from putting in something it thinks is remotely normal, which make no sense at all to a FFer!

We have currently organised 7 trips into the future. The last in august 2019.
Must be travelling way too frequently.:oops:

Yeah. Well. There's Frequent Flyers and then there's the mrs.dr.ron and drron category.

Ok this isn't mine, my bosses - from last week who is CL, WP1 with several airlines and flies more than anyone on this board for sure. He was checking in at Mel domestic for a BNE flight (so he thought)...and the check in machine couldn't find his flight. A friendly QF agent came over, they couldn't find his flight... strange strange Mr VIP have you got your flight itinerary? Of course not, not for domestic! Calls one of his EA's - doesn't answer (later we find out is in hospital which is a reasonable excuse for not picking up phone....). Another 5 mins - um Sir you are actually on the LA flight and you need to be escorted NOW to F to make it - do you have your passport and pre clearance etc? Well yes he did and of course that was all organised for him.... he had got the weeks wrong. And yes made the flight! With VERY light luggage!!

My forward planning for trips tends to be constrained by long haul premium cabin reward availability, so 50 weeks for (Amadeus) QF and 47 weeks for SABRE (VA/AA).

Currently my furthest booking is for mid June LAX back to MEL after a week in the USA.

Between now and then I have trips booked to BNE/OOL, CNS, PER, LHR, SIN, KUL, KIX, USA(DFW), HKG, PTY(via LAX); making 11 all up.
