Hi I am new to this site even though I am a frequent traveller. Would be interested to know what constitutes heavy travel. Last year I travelled about 150,000 miles and ended up with about 3,200 Qantas Status credits. What do other people do?

That mileage in the upper percentiles of our membership I would think - and depending on your class of travel, that's a decent amount of SC's. There are threads on highest SC totals...

It struck me that I have sworn 'never again' about last minute $$$ fares, and prebooked almost all the rest of the year, so can provide my whole years humble flying.

+- any contingencies.

A few J sectors should get me over the line for SG for yet another year. Never had a year less than SG, never a year more. And as you can see I tend to be a tram running up and down the same tracks.
