Just stumbled across AwardWallet.com the other day, and upon Googling was surprised to see it only mentioned a handful of times on AFF... Does everyone already know about AwardWallet and don't feel the need to talk about it? Or are many community members unaware of it?
If it's the latter: I highly recommend you all check it out, it's an amazingly useful service.
The basic premise is that it keeps track of all your airline / hotel / credit card / etc reward points balance in one place: you submit your account details to AwardWallet and they check all your balances on a regular basis, presenting the results to you in one concise list. Also has useful features like detecting and displaying points / account expiration dates, sending you e-mails warning of points / accounts about to expire, etc. The free version is pretty fully-featured by itself, and the paid version (donationware - $5/year as a minimum) adds a few nice extras.
The guys running it are also great: I e-mailed suggesting they add CitiRewards and received a response within 4 hours on Easter Sunday. Not only that, despite initially thinking the on-screen password-entry keyboard used by CitiBank would make it impossible, they were open to suggestions about how to make it work: I ended up in a 10+ e-mail conversation with them during which we think we've nutted out a way to bypass the on-screen keyboard and make CitiRewards checking via AwardWallet possible.
Finally, on that last point: if anyone is already a user of AwardWallet, or signs up because of the above, could you please do me a favour? Visit http://awardwallet.com/status/ and click +1 next to "Citibank (CitiRewards)" in the "Considering to add" list. They decide which programs to work on based on votes, and I'd imagine CitiRewards would be very useful for a lot of Aussies. It only needs 10 votes to make it to 3rd on the list, and 15 to make it to #1.
