This is the first I have heard of this promotion. Appears to be targetted. Received emails for each of 4 family accounts. Apologies if already discussed.

Like a little extra cash for Christmas?

Follow these simple steps and you will receive a $20 Woolworths Gift Card in December:

1. Sign up now
2. Spend $100 per week for three weeks (starting Monday 22nd October)
3. Swipe your card every time you shop

That's all there is to it. You'll then receive your $20 Woolworths Gift Card in the mail by Friday 7th December.

Please also check the address details in your account are correct so your gift card finds you.

Personally I think this good. Should be able to receive at least 1 gift card.

Not a bad promotion - I got it as well. Unfortunately won't be able to use it as I'll be away in November.

I'll probably just be able to squeeze this in. I'd prefer top see a decent points offer though.

I will stick to the weekly coles survey to get $5 off my spend over $100, it's not capped and not paid as a gift card in the mail 8 weeks later.

Targetted, no offer for me, sigh.

I actually don't think it's targeted.
I have seen advertising at Woolies for this promo, which has a link displayed. Next time you are down there, have a look for it.

Read our AFF credit card guides and start earning more points now.

If it is normal spend then it is a nice bonus.

So is getting 200 QFF points for spending $20 on dog food, or 250 points for a $30 spend

But those offers don't seem to be really happening anymore

Again, I am sure the masses will shop at Woolies to get the $20 gift card.....

Doubt its targeted...
I got one. despite never spending over $100 in a single shop.

Almost impossible when your main Woolworths has no parking and doesn't allow trolleys outside... thankfully under a 100m walk.

Still for a $300 spend its $20 off... about 7%... better than the prepaid cards (although you could double up)

Not much in this offer for the AFF community, however the general public will swarm for this type of offer I think...

We should be able to get at least 1 $20 card from normal spend, will be using a discounted wi$h card for additional savings so it will be 3 x $95 for the $20 Voucher (Basically a 13.2% discount overall or $300 of groceries for $265 outlay)

This week there is also the additional 15 cent fuel discount (7.5 QFF / L) for a $100 shop at Woolworths which is much better than their recent targeted offers...

The bonus points offers seemed to have banished for the time being, it's all fuel discount offers for now.

Would be really nice if the link to sign up actually worked, have tried on three different browsers. Obviously this offer has been very popular with the masses.

I had no issues last night using the link

My browser just crashed, will try again later...

I can't spend $100 at WW for three weeks running. But I'm planning to be creative. I spend between $30-$50 at WW each week. I have a neighbour with an EDR account who spends between $50 and $100 per week. I'm guessing we'll spend over $100 between us each week during the weeks of the promotion. Perhaps we can share 1 EDR account for the promotion period and "split" the gift voucher between us so we end up with $10 value each. I don't know whether it will work but it's worth a go. I guess I will have to ignore the targeted offers with large spends for a fuel voucher but as I have enough high value fuel vouchers from Coles and WW at the moment already I don't think this will be much of a problem.

rainbowgirl, parents, grandparents and neighbours are great for such things.

A little while ago I used to take my grandmother shopping and pay on my AmEx EDGE (pre-WISH cards) for 3x points per dollar, and she would give me cash... The only problem is she always tried to slip me too much cash as 'petrol money'. Naughty grandmother!

My parents still have my original orange EDR card (I use the back of my EDR MasterCard).

Don't think it's very targeted as all 3 in this household with cards received the offer.

Where have all the points promotions gone?

Have AFF members gobbled up WW's allotment?
