Thanks for the info, but I have booked with Gems limo.
When I booked they had an online rate of $70.00 pickup from airport to within 25 klm radius which no others could match and they had a few recommendations on this site. (I see the rate has now been increased to $80.00 with 15 klm radius)

Re: Good limo service MEL?

I pay $75 with Excellence Chauffeured Cars from Tullamarine to CBD. Great service and never been let down. PM me if anyone wants direct contact numbers

Re: Good limo service MEL?

I use Omnicar a lot in Sydney and they are fantastic. I've just had an email from them letting me know they're opening in Melbourne, so keep an eye out for them.

Re: Good limo service MEL?

I realise this is an old thread, but Uber is an option I use often. It's an $80 flat rate to or from the airport/CBD. (Different flat rates in different cities)

Not great for the OP as it's an on demand service, but always plenty of availability in my experience.

If anyone is interested they can use code egps1 for $20 bucks off their first ride (anywhere in the world!). I'll get a credit too if you use it!

Re: Good limo service MEL?

I've had good service using 1300pickup a couple of times in Melbourne. From the airport to Toorak approximately $80 + $10 for an infant seat (well worth it after a long flight with an infant...)

Re: Good limo service MEL?

another vote for 1300pickup for me... although they were $77 from toorak only 8 weeks ago... coughs j/k

Re: Good limo service MEL?

Sorry to resurrect but just wondering what people are using nowadays?

Re: Good limo service MEL?

Yep it's the Skybus cheap and takes you to your Hotel in Melbourne CBD. 150 AUD for a ten ride ticket
