Yes, but unfortunately Citi is notoriously bad at this and usually over promises and under delivers.

You still said 'delivers'. Not in all cases though. You can no longer get a hard copy of the T&Cs for many of their products - they require you to print them out. Including the A7 insurance brochures that come out as A4 with a small column in the middle of the page. Not nearly as convenient for packing in your documents when going overseas (unless you trim all 47 pages (double sided)).
No delivery on that one!
