TomCat's new digs!

It’s very green! Good soil perhaps.
Good soil, but it's been raining lots out here the last month and a half.

There's has been nearly double the average long term rainfall measured through Dec and the first half of January. (171/96mm)

Normally the grass contractors look to have a break this time of year but it has not been the case.

I find it interesting how many developments have driveways/kerb & guttering put in-regardless of how/where you might want the drive to fit in with the building design. I guess the council gets the work done for them that way. To the uneducated eye roll guttering instead of square kerbs seems more practical
Saying that I hope your driveway fits your plans:)

Nice smooth driveway to pull into and out of, no more clunking off a square kerb. And yep, fit perfectly with our house having the driveway on the right hand side.

Off Piste slightly, but after my 2017, I drink champagne every day.

Life can be very short and come with some rather challenging curve balls.

NB: I buy QFF points and Epicure deliver champagne to my door :).

Let me know when the guest room is ready!!
