Quality may be good but dont underestimate the tradies knocking into things, scratching things ect and check the drains for rubbish and make sure the water flows. Ive seen photos with tile rubble and rags shoved into pipework.

absoutely - we had that with one of our houses - drain in the ensuite shower just full of rubble. Not to mention food in the walls before the plaster board went up. After I spotted the first bit of sandwich, I checked everything!

I second the water flowing and checking drainage, our laundry trough would drain very slowly.

Turns out the pipes were full of sand, which was a quick fix by a plumber but better to know before you move in.

Supervisor giving me an update over the phone tomorrow. Found out our inspection was done Tuesday so just waiting on the report for that one.
