HI all.

I believe I know the answer but I hope for some confirmation/tips for the future.

Work has booked me Qantas flights (K fare class flexible economy). Does BA treat this as the lowest economy for earning? - Their calculator indicates so.

My current strategy is if BA TP earn = QF SC earn then I credit to BA.

I can't influence work bookings but for personal travel is there any way I can avoid K fares if I need flex? I assume a TA could do it by paying extra $$ for higher bucket. QF portal only shows bucket when ticketed right?

Thanks in advance,
Stevo

Recently had 2 QF Flex Y tickets that I upgraded.
I have my QF flights credited to BAEC and received 5 TP’s for each and yes it appears they booked into K which earns the lowest Economy rate
