My previous experiences with Ebay has been quite good. If the supplier has not shipped item and provided tracking, they refund the order quite readily.

Just wanted to follow up on this as I opened a bottle last night.

Thought it was terrible. Not sure it's even suitable for cooking (though i'll probably use it for that).

Anyone else experienced it from the winestar purchase? Wondering if I got a bad batch, though the 1 star reviews on vivino mirror my tasting.

Tried that one too last year and was also pretty disappointing. I don’t remember buying anything else from Winestar.

On an other end this one: https://www.danmurphys.com.au/product/DM_182733?store=1968 is a very beautiful Italian and a good value according to my standards. Smooth, earthy, a perfect match to pasta and pizza!

Hi Daver6, I just found it a bit bland plus lacking in depth and body. Expected a bit more structure. Dunno if people would say it's "closed" but I definitely struggled to understand both the fuss and the hype.

Loved boozebud (whisky and craft beer, not wine) until the GWD takeover, then suddenly the range dramatically worsened, prices jumped, and it basically went way downhill. Not surprised to see it fall over after getting the GWD treatment.

No, I never get any emails from them. Not sure why. I messaged them and the person acknowledged that there was something weird on my account and will look into it. We will see, I really want my bottle of Konunga Hill!
