We were downgraded on a QF marketed flight on Bangkok Airways due to aircraft change and given $700+ refund and $400 travel credit (3 years to use).I’m not entirely confident that the promised compensation will come through but if it does that will be a fantastic result…

My partner is red doesn’t even have any points or know how to use anything, just follows along

Took an email to follow up but received a phone call and reimbursement within days.
I used email frequent_flyer@ qantas.com.auTime to follow up I guess.
