Any one know if it takes the same amount of flying to get AA EXWP as it dose to get QF WP.

how many SC = a flying Sector???

And has AA got the same requirement as QF with a min of 4 QF sectors flown each year??

It is much harder to attain AA EXP but that also depends on the type of airfares purchased.

Just as an example 2 fully optomised DONE4's are not enough to earn AA EXP but these are easily enough to attain QF Platinum. Also I believe 1 fully optimised DONE4 (either side of the end of a QF qualifying year) is enough to achieve QF Platinum over 2 membership years and thereby give QF Platinum status for 3 years.

How long is a piece of string? It varies with distance/zones (10 of these). Matrix can be found in QF Earning Table.

Yes they do but it does not appear to be enforced as strictly as QF.
