Subject to date, I would love to come along. Probably not for the DC3 flight though, while I love looking in and at old planes flights in 60 year old aircraft just aren't for me.

Matt

Yes I'm very interested in this - back in Aus in May and can time to coincide with this hopefully :)

At this stage its looking like the 19th and 20th May.

What's the go with the Flounge run. Fly up to Syd and back?

Yep, just a thought! Mind you with the QF81 changes the might be better options....., looks like there are no JQ international flights SYD-MEL or VV that weekend so it might stay a thought!

Please mark me down as very interested in both weekend and DC3, have never flown on one before

I'm definitely interested.
+1 wants to join in too - sounds too good to miss :)

I'd be a definite if it's 19-20 May as I'll be about a week back from a two-week Kimberley coast cruise .

My first flight was in an MMA DC3 in about March-April 1960:!:. Haven't been in one since so look forward to the opportunity :D.

Interested here, though would understandably have the hardest time getting approval… though this thread should hopefully count for something :p

Surely the opportunity to fly on a dc3 should gain their approval, do they have no heart :)

Would love to come. Overseas most of May though. That's the problem with Frequent Flyer forums - we're frequently flying.
