Does anyone know, if I book a CX flight in Y+ and the operating aircraft does not have Y+ seating (equipment sub etc) - is there a policy on how this is handled?
- Partial Refund?
- Wait for next flight?
- Up to J?
- Down to Y?
- Choose your preference?
Any advice / policy published would be helpful.
Thanks

As a new Cathay Pacific product, our Premium Economy Class will be rolled out in phases. We will be progressively introducing it on Adelaide, Los Angeles, Melbourne and San Francisco route flights in August, Frankfurt route flights in September, and Brisbane and Mumbai route flights in October. We will then gradually introduce Premium Economy Class on other continental Europe and long-haul routes. By end of 2012, 48 of our aircraft will feature the new product.
