As I recall the "Rugby "codes were originally called The Rugby Football Union and the Rugby Football League. both games use the foot BUT also are a variant hence the "Rugby "refrence
BUT I get your point soccer ? it was always Association Football ...or was it?

The A-League is played in summer! lol.

According to legend Rugby Union was invented when Webb Ellis picked up the ball and ran with it. So it is a variation of football. Same as AFL and Handegg above are variations of Rugby Union.

I'm going to a "bucks night" this weekend, which was going to start off by going to watch some HandEgg, but as it turns out they couldn't agree on which HandEgg game to to see, so its all been abandoned, its straight to the pub instead.

I really am tired of this global warming. The 5th day of sub 20C temps and another predicted for tomorrow.Today in our family room it was 11C-I want to go back to Tasmania-same temps but lovely sunshine!
Standing in the cold in Hobart this morning was not my idea of fun. :(

Wonderful airport bus service that arrived nearly 30 min late :!: Hobart isn't really that big so where could it have been all that time :?:

Not another blind tug driver attack on the Derwent bridge surely?

A nice story, but not true, Rugby pre dates Webb Ellis by quite a bit

Indeed that is true, and some would say things have not changed much:

In 1531, Sir Thomas Elyot wrote that English "Footeballe is nothinge but beastlie furie and extreme violence".

It certainly looks good, and should compete with the iPad, but if you already own a TF101- Thought about the upcoming other Asus goods? the TF-700 looks good:
Computex 2012 | Techinstyle.tv

I only recently got the TF-201 so can't justify getting anything else for a while, but true HD screens are big decider for me!

Interesting... the price point of the TF-700 is a lot higher though, and TBH all mine ever gets used for is a bit of web browsing and catching up on TV eps on the tube in! Ponder..

Wow, two more uses than I have for mine....

So why did you buy it?

I was being facetious, I dohave plenty of uses for it, the biggest drawback about them though it the lack of mobile data connectivity, would be nice ot be able to stick a SIM into it. I use it for Internet browsing, Videos, Skype, Remote desktop, Games, its a general "object" to have around, not specifically for any purpose..

I applaud you! I tried using it with LogMeIn and RDP, but just too painful..!

The Prime (not sure about TF101) under the "My Cloud" options has Splashtop Desktop on it. You need to install the free viewer onto the PC, and then the rest is pretty straightforward and works pretty well. You normally need to by Splashtop for about $10 from the market, but it comes with the Asus Prime.
