[*Testing Complete*]Need a few beta testers for a QF Points Calculator iPhone App

I dont know about others but I often left in a discussion with my other-half about best SC-runs and calculation of Qantas Frequent Flyer points (note: argument) when I'm away from the computer. So in my spare time I have been developing a alternate to the qf online points calculator, of course we know that the current Qantas Frequent Flyer app is more directed to spending points and promoting partners so doesn't have this feature.

I'm planning to release this app free, but I need about another 10 or so beta testers to help me with testing and who better then the experts on AFF!

App Features:

• Calculate QF FF points, Status Bonus, Cabin Bonus between most airports.
• Enter routes using 3 letter airport code or city name.
• Calculation of Status credit per $ spent on a fare.
• (coming soon)Save routing as an url link for use on websites/email/forums and socal networks.
• (coming soon) Mapping of route data, user profiles etc.

Requirements for beta testers:
Own a iphone (iphone 3 or above) with IOS 4.0 or higher.
iTunes for installation.
PM with your email if your interested.

BTW- Android version later this year !

One thing I like about your screenshots that looks even better than what QF are doing with their earning points calculator is that you're breaking down the point earnings on separate legs of the same trip! I've always manually done that on the QF site - but this is fantastic!

I have targeted directly at qantas / jet* code-sharing flights at the moment. But the airport database I have has a good 7000 entries so I dont see why not.

Its a matter of programming all the logic behind some crazy airline rules on sc and points.... I'll keep everyone in touch about it.

BTW - still room for a couple more people to test. I'll email everyone together.

I like the app
Simple, clean interface has no extraneous stuff, I also like the SC earning per mile flown feature.
Showed the app to a few work colleagues who thought I was taking my FF obsession to new levels
Would it be possible to have Y/J/F SC's listed together, similar to mileage monkey as I find this useful for working out mixed class itineraries in LOTFAP?
