Frequent Flyer Calculator

I think I may have found an error in the calculations.

I calculated LHR-MAD in Disc Y with my silver status. It returns 1744 points. It also returns this amount when I calculate it in J. The distance from LHR-MAD is 773mi and when you take into account the new 50% bonus for silver it should earn 1159 in disc Y and that's not taking into account the 0.50 points per mile in discount Y on BA (as I assume the app doesn't do that yet)

Perhaps I'm just silly and don't properly understand how it's calculating?

No... You picked up a bug with the Earning tables. Where BA disc flights where being given a 100% bonus (wouldnt that be nice!) I have fixed that now - BA flights in disc y are calc at 50% of standard miles (down to the 125 min)

The new 50% bonus is only applied to direct QF flights, otherwise BA flights are calculated with 25% bonus for QF silver .

Thanks for picking it up!

I've bought the first class version.. Nice work since the original beta!

Note that discount WHY with BA flight numbers on The "Kangaroo Route" earn at 100%:
British Airways (BA):

GKLMNOQSV (selected routes only)^

...
^ Travel in Discount Economy in the Eligible Booking Classes between these city pairs will earn a Base Rate of 1:
- Adelaide, Brisbane, Darwin, Melbourne, Perth or Sydney and London or Frankfurt via Bangkok or Singapore,
- Adelaide, Brisbane, Darwin, Melbourne, Perth or Sydney and Bangkok or Singapore, and

Looks great but what about some love for us BlackBerry users? I have a Torch 9800 so the screen size is approx the same as a Droid or iPhone with plenty of memory and CPU speed. I'll even pay for the First Class version and Beta test it. I have a IT background (both hardware and software design) in one of my previous lives/careers.

Cool ... don't forget the other way:D

One day I'll get an Android device and check it out. :p

Haha... The other way is automatic.
I'm deciding if I just put a drop-down box to say what airline your going to travel on.

Hmmm... If I had more time I would love to do a BB version. Maybe in a couple of months. In the meantime I am doing a 'web-mobile' version of the free version on my site- same basic functions. I expect that will be ready in about 3 weeks.

Hi, I bought your App and love it.... But are the status credits for Mel - Cns correct? When I put these in these city pairs it comes back with 10 sc for Y and 40 for J...

I'm having trouble with SYD - CNS. The app seems to think it is the same as SYD - CBR.
