I'm assuming you work for woolworths and saw this in store portal?Points are back, press releases to follow.
Also adding the ability to turn $10 of reward points into 870 QFF points.
Greenline was the first person on here to post about the removal of QFF points. I assume wherever the info is coming from its accurate.I'm assuming you work for woolworths and saw this in store portal?

Interesting. If true, good to know that WOW have actually listened to the complaints.
We have had another shop, again well over $100 and not received any WWRupiah. I think our running total from inception is $4.76. Mind you, if I have to hit $10 before I can convert to QFF points, I will be no better off since reaching $10 before I retire seems unlikely.

Are you changing your shopping to take advantage of the woollies dollars?
It's like the weekly Coles and Woollies catalogues... unless you choose the products on sale that week you're not going to save any money.
I'm finding some pretty good savings with Woollies - like the recent 30c back on every dollar spent on cheese. A block of cheese is $10 - that's already $3 in the bank. Same with chocolate this week. It's taken me around $40 of spend to get my first $10 back.
No. I buy the products I want to buy and used to be rewarded for that. Now, I'm only rewarded if WOW's idea of what I want to buy actually coincides with what I know I want to buy.
No point in buying a more expensive cheese with WWR attached if the cost is still more than the cheese I normally buy.
In yesterday's shop, I think I saw one, yes one, orange ticket in the whole damned store. This was Carindale, so not a small store!!
The new scheme is cough and no other supermarket around the world has come up with something so complex and unrewarding.

I wonder how long before WW gives Ingrid Maes the sack.

Depends if it was her idea to ditch QF or just her poor execution.
Marketing people sometimes get non negotiable directions from above!
Actually you want to GT rid of the head of loyalty Brad Banducci.
The 30c back on cheese was on all cheese in the entire store. Kraft singles to home brand to imported. It even applied to cheese already discounted in the catalogue. A pretty good deal.
As for the other stuff... I guess the rewards depend on whether you're willing to switch from Pine-o-clean spray and wipe to Ajax spray and wipe if they are both the same price but one offers $1 cash back.
It's pretty much the same as frequent flyer programs... they represent pretty bad value unless you're willing to look for the sweet spots.

She was at Flybuys and when it went downhill and at DM's when they offered one of the worst loyalty cards. So I am noticing the pattern.
