    Australian state border restrictions

https://www.wa.gov.au/sites/default/files/2020-08/Approval-for-AFL-Team-GWS-Giants-Football-Club.pdf Seems like it’s all been approved under the Emergency Act since last year. They are allowed to train and play whilst still quarantining - specifically pages 3 and 4. As mentioned by OzDuck 👍

    Australian state border restrictions

Does anyone say these statements out loud before they are released to the Public? Why can they sequester an entire hotel for football players but not for people who have sold their house, quit their jobs to move to Queensland. Money talks 🙁

    Why is WA doing this?

Does anyone have any idea why WA are posting this on their exposure site page. Shouldn’t all international arrivals be in quarantine?

High cost of calls to the UAE

I am not a tech person so feel free to shoot me down - could you buy a Telstra android phone on month to month and send it to your son with international roaming enabled? He would be a “tourist” using “his” Australian mobile in Dubai. It’s something like $5 a day for the roaming pass plus the...
