Thanks for the update - maybe they're (slowly) working through the fix? YMMV - my view is that Qantas move like greased lightning when there's the opportunity to gouge us (CC fees, fuel fines etc. etc.), so the principle of getting the refund trumps the question of whether the effort is worth...

It might force Qantas to concentrate a bit more on their IT implementation, which wouldn't be a bad thing :p

In an industry with cycle-times measured in years or even decades, I accept the need for reasonable levels of financial prudence when the oil price is low but savage knee-jerk cuts every time the oil price falls (simply to please a bunch of wide boys in the city who have a 3-month time-horizon)...

They appear to be seasonal - the Flight Schedule option in the SQ App has the daytime SQ277 SIN-ADL flights operating 3 days / week throughout January 2016, then reverting back to the one (night-time) SQ279 flight from 1st Feb. Hopefully the daytime flights will re-appear later in the year???
