I booked a Qf classic award long weekend from Syd to Bhq for next June ....soon after I changed my mind, and booked to go elsewhere....2 weeks ago there was a schedule change by 40 mins, and I was allowed to cancel for free without the 6000 Qf x2 pt cancellation fee for 2 of us. Points back...

No. The animals don't stand still whilst you are getting your camera ready...I'm not a camera expert but people take mutiple shots for maybe 2 or 3 good ones. Sometimes by the time you get your camera out, the animal is gone :(

Did not get email or SMS re fee waiver. Customer for nearly 20 years. Rang the call centre...basically if you didn't get the offer, you are out of luck, and they can't add offer manually....so will pay off the card , and close account before Sept 17.

I noticed online family points transfers have been disabled and now have to ring the call centre. Wonder when rhey will reinstate online family points transfers as it is a bit of a PITA to have to call..

How do you do this? I'm flying Oct 23
