I guess the point is I don't expect to wait, at least not long, if flying business. 1 toilet on a domestic flight, where people may use terminal facilities, is a different ballgame to a longer flight where most passengers are likely to have a comfort visit.

I think the fact that QF only put 1 toilet on their -200's, particularly 'international' ones, probably indicates how much they care about passenger comfort sometimes. Whilst I know they were trying to make the fleet consistent... surely a sub-fleet of 4 birds with an extra dunny wouldn't have...

Yes the QF network could definately expand... but expecting them to fly SIN-FCO is a little too much imo.

May I suggest you give Finnair a call and see how much their combi fares are from Australia to Europe. My boss has recently booked a J flight via Finnair to Europe and it was a very good price... so perhaps their combi fares will also be good and it'll also be on the same ticket. You can fly...
