Mine appeared on my statement date of 18/04/2016. About a week later it has come up as reversed on the same day.

for those who have received a fee waive, how long has it taken to come through? I have been charged the annual fee on my statement date (yesterday).

Email received 14/03/2016.... Points posted on 11/04/16 after 5th transaction.

the website is soooooo bad.... for a brief moment I actually saw some Business Reward seats this morning. Gone now. I'm not convinced someone booked them though I think the website just hid them.

what is the secret to finding J fares at or close to the minimum points values? The flights I am looking for are December next year so not yet available but the November flights are over 4x the minimum points value.
