    Qatar should not be forced to fly to the less convenient AVV to give QF an unfair advantage by monopolising flights to MEL. Qld Government should extend the OOL runway and offer a subsidy for QR to operate OOL-DOH. They should also subsidise BNE-CNS-DOH as an interim solution.
