I would love to get physical passes instead of the electronic ones on my Velocity Amex. As WP I never get to use them as I just don't guest more than 3 people at a time! My two ANZ passes will be gifted each year. Would love to be able to do that with my amex ones too.

I just tried calling up to book Virgin America which K class (first) showed up as available on Expert Flyer on all flights on the day I was looking, but Velocity couldn't see any. However they could see available K class the following day... Do they only have access to some K class and not others?

I requested replacement bag tags 21st DEcember and received some time in the last few days. However the letter had somebody else velocity number and very old date on it. Have already forwarded to velocity.

That's often me. The difference is I'm not lounging around for ~45 minutes at home drinking before jumping in the car to go to work, whereas immediately before boarding a plane I am. Yes I did try to go before I boarded ;)

Interestingly you have to call up to get physical passes. I'm curious to see what the expiry is on the physical passes. As a WP I'll never need them myself but will be nice to give away to friends.
