QFF 20% Conversion Bonus + Up To 200 SCs 01-30 June 2021 (Targeted?)

I haven't received a targeted email regarding this. I assume it is because I took up the offer late last year to convert Amex Membership Rewards to Qantas Points with the bonus Status Credits. While I might feel left out, it is no great loss as I have only enough now to exchange for one single...

QFF 20% Conversion Bonus + Up To 200 SCs 01-30 June 2021 (Targeted?)

They ran a very similar promotion towards the end of last year, although the maximum was 150 SCs that time. https://www.australianfrequentflyer.com.au/community/threads/bonus-points-scs-on-qf-credit-card-transfers-during-november-2020.100351/

    Status extension for overseas residents

Likewise I would expect that Qantas will look at things later in the year and consider if they need to do anything then. In their previous action they have taken account of different challenges facing those overseas residents (e.g. not requiring one QF flight to be booked), so I would be...

So...I think I need Points Club

For the OP I think it would be well worth doing whatever they can to qualify for Points Club as it is an amazing benefit to be able to earn SCs on award flights. I'm not that far off qualifying for Points Club for this year, but as I don't currently live in Australia I can't take advantage of...

Transferred Points count toward Points Club?

I transferred some Amex Membership Rewards a few months back when there was a promotion offering SCs. I don't have enough Qantas Points to qualify for Points Club, but the transfer counted towards qualifying for Points Club based on what is display in my account.

Bonus points & SCs on QF credit card transfers during November 2020

The bonus points and status credits have now been added to my account.

CAPA seems to like the QFF program.

QFF does seem to have been quite innovative in trying to diversify and create revenue streams at a time when flying is very much reduced. I think some other frequent flyer programs have done this too to some extent, but QFF seem to have done more. Perhaps there is a certain degree of good...

Bonus points & SCs on QF credit card transfers during November 2020

I have not received anything yet. As you say it said to allow 15 days, but as they extended the end date of the promotion from 30 November to 16 December, I assume it will be up to 15 days after the revised end date.

Bonus points & SCs on QF credit card transfers during November 2020

I noticed that Emirates have an offer to earn bonus Tier Miles in Emirates Skywards for converting hotel points as well as credit card points. Perhaps Qantas might consider running something similar in the future to convert hotel points to Qantas Status Credits, although I'm sure if they do it...

Level above Qantas Points Club Plus

There is nothing much in the program that makes me want to chase Points Club membership. Status Credits for reward flights is the only thing that really appeals to me in the current programme, but as I'm currently based in Europe I am not able to take advantage of this. I agree that any further...

Bonus points & SCs on QF credit card transfers during November 2020

Even though my Amex Memebership Rewards would have been more valuable to me as BA Avios, or even a statement credit, due to my Status Credit addiction, I ended up transferring to Qantas under this offer. When they hit my QFF account I will have an odd number of SCs, so I hope they run this...

Book a flight and Extend Current status to 2022

I agree with the interpretation that SCs from all flights during the entire membership year will be eligible towards the rollover (subject to the maximum limits), provided you have booked one QF flight on or after 23 November.

Book a flight and Extend Current status to 2022

You seem to be under the misapprehension that I am in some way complaining about getting a free status extension. Far from it, I have said I am very grateful for getting the free extension, and as I am based in the UK there is no requirement for me to take any flights. I was making the point...

Book a flight and Extend Current status to 2022

I am very grateful to be getting the free extension, but do think it is a little unfair on those based in Aus and NZ. Perhaps to be fair they should have offered an extension for a fee to those outside roughly equivalent to the cost of booking a cheap flight e.g. $50 plus 8000 Qantas Points or $150.

Book a flight and Extend Current status to 2022

I must admit I did laugh to myself when I saw this. When I said nearer the time I didn't mean two days nearer the time. I really hadn't expected Qantas to do anything before January. Unfortunately as I'm based overseas I won't be able to benefit, but I'm really pleased for all the QFF status...

Qantas extends current status Until at least March 2021

I don't think even Qantas will have decided yet, but I'm sure they will do something nearer the time.

Qantas to launch in-depth partnership with Accor ALL

I very rarely stay in an Accor hotel preferring to concentrate my efforts on Hilton with IHG as a back up, even though for a number of years I had top tier status in Accor through a credit card. I find their loyalty scheme to be by far the most unappealing of all the major chains, and anything...

Bonus points & SCs on QF credit card transfers during November 2020

It is interesting that Qantas aren't the only oneworld airline looking to bring in revenue through the sale of points by offering Status Credits (or equivalent) as an incentive. Whilst Qantas are doing this indirectly by selling Qantas Points to credit card companies, Finnair are being more...

Bonus points & SCs on QF credit card transfers during November 2020

I feel much the same. Being based in the UK, BA avios are much more useful to me. The status credits are attractive but I only have enough Amex points to get about 5 status credits, so it won't really get me much closer to lifetime silver or gold, so at them moment I'm undecided. Now that the...

    Qantas Status Credits Boost

I'm surprised that Qantas haven't introduced more opportunities to earn SCs on the ground as with flying being reduced they need to tap every potential revenue stream. In particular I thought they might have extended and expanded the offer of SCs with some bookings through Qantas Hotels. I...
