Does anybody know how long it takes to receive the bonus points? I applied for the Westpac platinum deal with 60k bonus points close to 2 months ago and hit the minimum spend of $3k within the first statement but haven't received the bonus points yet. Thanks!

I'm currently in Bangkok and need to withdraw some Baht from a local ATM using this card. I've read the fine print many times but still can't come to a conclusion: will I actually be charged any fees beside the exchange rate for that day?

Unfortunately my flight is the night departure from Sydney so no A350 for me, only the old A330 :(

I wonder if I'm able to make a normal ticket booking over the phone while redeeming for the free flight so that me and my wife can travel together o_O If not I'll have to open the Velocity website and be on the ready after the free flight (and seat) has been confirmed :eek:

Have you already chosen your seats Adrian? My flights were from Sydney to PVG and then onward to Okinawa. What I did was to email the China Eastern office in Melbourne/Sydney, gave them my ticket number starting with 081 and told them my preferred seats. They allocated them to me within 5 hours...

Hi Adrian, probably the wrong section to post this query. I booked a reward flight on Qantas for China Eastern and received my itinerary not long after. The number that you should be providing to China Eastern is not the 6 digit Qantas booking reference but rather the ticket number that starts...
