You were in the window seat? I thought the general philosophy was the middle seat got both armrests...to make up for the ...middle seat! Window gets window armrest and ...aisle gets aisle armrest... No?

The Skycouch is on a bank of THREE seats...so for 2 Adults and 2 Children you'd need (at minimum) One Skycouch and one other seat. I would suggest the best Skycouch arrangement would be TWO Skycouches with 1 Adult/1 Child in each... if the budget allows. The kids would pretty much be able...

I think there are a small number of major airports in the US that DO have "Transit" between International flights..... it's just not very common. Why that only worked one way I have no idea!

I know why you see it that way, but the charge is the same for ANYONE wanting those seats isn't it???....not just families who want to actually USE the bassinett? If so then there is nothing specific about it at all....

In what way are they "charging for the bassinet"? (Thinking about it, it is actually somewhat surprising to me airlines do NOT charge for their use/cleaning. Some nominal sum would seem reasonable surely?) Unfortunate - but logical - that the only bassinets are in the "preferred" seating...

The OP said nothing about a MEAL service.... they said "Drinks". If it was the actual meal service then the other pax was definitely out of line.... but if it was just drinks?? Ive never heard of pax being expected to put their seats up just because drinks are being served....
