Have tried to buy 2500 miles on three occasions now and all transactions have resulted in an email saying it is cancelled.
Contacted ANZ and they confirmed the authorization on all three charges so it does not make any sense.
Has this happened to anyone else?

I received an interesting email last night from Jet airways. Buy miles and get 40% extra free. The website is horrible and buggy, and you have to request a partner redemption via a form (not sure if it stays on line or if it has to be faxed) and the mileage calculator didn't work for me this...
Has anyone topped up with the latest offer? 25% off saving when you purchase 40,000 miles, which is the equivalent of getting a 33.3% bonus. So an excellent purchase price.
The question is: should one wait for another 30% bonus miles offer to pay the normal price for 40,000 and get a bonus...
