10,000 bonus points per 20 transactions

I got some points apparently for November, but 'some' is the correct word, since either:
  • They have yet to pay more points for November that I'm entitled to, or
  • They paid me according to the wrong promotion (hope not) - I'm a 5/5 uncapped, or
  • Over half of my transactions for November are or have been deemed invalid for the promotion (highly unlikely, I hope)
So still playing the waiting game. Still, nice to see some life again in the old MR account.
 
My November points have posted. However it is way below what I expected. This is the same for September and October. So I will send another complaint letter to Amex and escalate to BFSO.
 
My NOV bonus includes a reversal of the POC amount that was removed in October. However, even at the 10T/5K rate, they paid me 15K short of the actual transactions. And at the 5T/5K rate to which I believe I am entitled, I have been under paid substantially. My letter sent via registered mail earlier in the month (my second written correspondence on the matter) noted that if Amex had not sorted this out by 6th Feb, I would be off to the FOS, and I have yet to receive any communication from Amex except the delivery confirmation from Aust Post.
 
I think I have been overpaid to Nov but underpaid overall (based on teh advice from Amex I should be paid in full today).

No points here - if not here tomorrow, Amex will be getting a phone call.

I had received some bonus points the first week of November, so with the amount I received tonight as well as those previously posted I am up to date for November.

Now another 4 weeks to wait to see if we get those points for December.

I still don't want to use them until I have: I am sorry you are unsuspended letter from Amex:shock:
 
Points posted here as well, but like a few others have already posted I seem to have too many for November. That's ok though, rather too many than not enough, but will wait until Dec points are paid to see the final figures.
 
Nov points posted for me too to balance up the books between points already awarded during Nov and points owed for Nov :)

25,000 more than expected so I am hoping I miscalculated for Dec too :D
 
What a lovely surprise. I have received all bonus points for November under the 10T/5K promotion....
 
Only received outstanding points for October on both my own and my partner's cards. Nothing for November and December.

The My Transactions statements for these points on both our cards shows: Spend Promotion - NOV.

Another cough-up.

Hmm - it would seem that the screen shots earlier were paid out under a different allocation process as I received the same wording as you borsa.
 
I got a lump sum tonight, doesn't match up to the Nov transactions..

I think a call to Amex tomorrow to follow up on my complaint letter...
 
I have got my points too, but I am sure whether it is for November only or for September, October and November.

I'm in the same situation as you here, NM. In all of the disbursements now, Amex fall short of what they would owe me under 10T/5K conditions in all of the disbursements now. I am entitled to 5T/5K, and therefore the amount I have been underpaid dramatically increases. I'm awaiting a reported letter form Amex which should be with me at the end of the week (or early next week at the latest), and am expecting explanations there. But at the rates that I'm getting paid at, I expect that I will be escalating with the BFSO (I have to escalate before the end of February) as soon as I get the letter.
 
It could possibly be 2 different "fix" programs, written by 2 different programmers, that paid out the bonus points for September/October and now November. Actually I think the description used for the November points is much clearer.

I believe the pages are fake too as i had the same message as you, and if you look at a Qantas point transfer it isn't written like that.

Mind you his wiki page has changed again and the screenshots have been replaced with a Qantas homepage.. Based on the others you could doubt the authenticity of it!
