And predictably, the funds I pushed into my QantasCASH account have not made it yet, so I can't make the large purchase and double dip as I had intended to. Not the end of the world though... I save money and they lose (advance) money.

Can these vouchers be used for combined QF/JQ flights that appear on the QF website ?
For example doing a MEL-CGK search on the QF website in early Jan I am seeing QF MEL-PER then JQ Asia PER-CGK.

Cheers.

Re: QFF points for gift vouchers

I have no issue calling QFF maybe 10-20 times in a year to get remarks removed. I can easily call when driving, in the lounge, in bed, whenever.
My wife gets really shirty when I do that. Best to stay focused.

Re: QFF points for gift vouchers

If I need a voucher for flights for an adult and an infant, does anyone know if the voucher should be for one person or for two? Two seems the answer, though the infant isn't taking up a seat so not sure. I guess the infant could simply be added to the booking at a later stage if required. Anyone know?

If the JQ booking is done through the JQ website, even though you were directed there from QF - then no, it cannot be used (I just tried).

[-]I'm not really sure but I'd be inclined towards 2 people. I only have single person vouchers so can't test this one, very easy. If you can search for flights for an adult and infant together then I reckon 85% 2 person voucher will work.[/-]

There is no way with a voucher to mark one person as an infant. All people on the voucher seem to be assumed to be adults.

I'm not really sure but I'd be inclined towards 2 people. I only have single person vouchers so can't test this one, very easy. If you can search for flights for an adult and infant together then I reckon 85% 2 person voucher will work.

I called Qantas and they said to make it a one person voucher. Since you cannot specify if the passenger is an infant, if it's a voucher as 2 people then the system will try to sell you two seats. The rep just said to add the infant on after the booking is made for the adult.

Yes. Just checking a voucher and no way to specify infant. Sorry about the wrong info.

Re: QFF points for gift vouchers

Well have just purchased my vouchers. Not as many as last year since I expect my flying to decrease due to a new job. However, I will enjoy what the time I get in the air and can always purchase more vouchers if required to avoid credit card fees.

Thank you for your patience.

Looks like the offer is now closed... however 1 purchase (the first) was successful... two failed transactions after that with the above error...

Will try again in ten min or so

Grabbed some earlier as I thought the bonus points were until 31 Dec - lucky I saw the post in here about ending today.

Just tried to grab another and same error.

Yeah, its <not working¡>

Why post this rubbish when they don't even follow their own T&C's

I'm here in PER trying to race the clock for 2059HR cut-off. Multiple attempts, cleared cookies, cache...

My own fault. Should have pulled my finger out earlier...

Current time 2053HR.

This is a farce.
