using one of my vouchers recently , It appears I'm ticketed (received email) however I go through the Qantas site to manage my booking comes up with the following: -
Not flying on this ticket for a while so not overly concerned, however is this an issue that will correct itself, or will I have to call to sort it out at some stage...? Thinking while the "please contact Qantas" is still there there might be problems OLCI for this booking...?

No further response other than to be informed that she was waiting on information from 'communications'.
Today I called again. Rhonda told me they should have posted in 6-8 weeks and she had messaged 'communications' for details.
I've made one phone call and sent two emails to find out where my missing Q gift flight points are, had 2 call-backs like you, last one over a week ago still nought, why am I not surprised .
