One large batch went on weeks ago and the final batch went on about a week ago

Still waiting. What else can I do? I've complied with the contract. I took up an offer from Qantas and purchased the voucher within the required timeframe. Since then I've spoken with 2 Qantas employees who have undertaken to assist in the posting of the 5,000 missing points and also PM'd Red Roo, who I believe has taken some action to expedite the posting of the points.

While Red Roo has said multiple departments are involved in this exercise I don't understand why the points cannot be posted manually - after all 5,000 points don't mean anything to Qantas. It should be quite simple to look up the value of the voucher I purchased, since I have given the ref # on each contact with QF, and then look in my account to see how many points were credited to my account in respect of this voucher ref. Simple arithmetic would show the number of missing points.
 
Still waiting for 10k. Purchased a $500/2-pax voucher 3rd December.
I had actually had forgotten about it as I'd redeemed part of it immediately to connect MrsTheEmu & No.1 son for their recent northern sojourn. I was only reminded when MTE asked what the residual voucher was in her account, so I eventually called when I was in Oz in Feb, was promised a call back which did not come. Emailed them this week.
I once pilloried VA on this forum for taking 5 months (and multiple calls/emails) to post some bonus points - just ticked over 3 months for this little saga but Emus is like samurai - patient creatures. :-|
 
er extremely embarrassing for me...I bought mine on morning of 28 December thinking it was a bonus until 31 Dec. (8 hours late)..... Must read T&C's more closely in the future!!
Red Roo had gained me a quick reply for which I was most appreciative, but felt a little bit stupid when I discovered why they weren't posted.:oops:

Still waiting for 3,000 points (received first 3,000) due to 2 pax voucher.

Made a follow up call after only half posted, having made initial call when nothing posted because vouchers had been used.

I am sure QF are not just manually crediting points because they will eventually get the system to credit the missing points, and they would no doubt end up double crediting, and don't want to make the effort to account for that in whatever they are doing.

Still waiting patiently for 5K. Sent an email to ff@q on 27/02 with reply on 28/02. They're going to investigate my query and contact me to advise the outcome as soon as possible. :)

Still waiting for 2,500 points missing from a $500 two pax voucher purchased (ie: I have been credited with only half of what was promised/offered).

I used two of my $100 vouchers to buy $99 fares. According to the sale page, any unused credit should generate another voucher, which has not happened. Whilst I am not going to spend hours on the phone chasing 2x $1, I wonder what the minimum cutoff is for QF to reissue a voucher?

A bit cheeky if you ask me.

Refer to the T&Cs for vouchers and see which category applies in your situation. Sometimes values less than $2 are not re-issued, but may not be true in your case.

I've had to chase remaining-value vouchers from time-to-time, but I've never had to deal with one that has a low amount similar to yours.
 
Well its been a week and a half since I heard from Qantas, with the news that points will be transferred within 2 weeks... on principle I understand that problem sometimes happens, but with these lengthy delays one starts to get itchy feet and contemplates other alternatives when booking.... lets see what happens on Friday

My T&Cs have no minimum re-issue value. Thanks for the link, I should have gone to the source first. :oops:

Checked my email, and it is actually only one sale of $99. The e-ticket lists a voucher of $1 to be issued.

(Actually its value is $1 + $7.70 ;) )
