My T&Cs have no minimum re-issue value. Thanks for the link, I should have gone to the source first.

Checked my email, and it is actually only one sale of $99. The e-ticket lists a voucher of $1 to be issued.

(Actually its value is $1 + $7.70 ;) )

It got enhanced and is now $7 for dom :(

I followed this up with QF. They still haven't managed to create the $1 voucher.

I'd be happy to only be ripped off $1 on an unused voucher (or even two) , but instead I've been ripped off 12,000 QFF

Well its been a week and a half since I heard from Qantas, with the news that points will be transferred within 2 weeks... on principle I understand that problem sometimes happens, but with these lengthy delays one starts to get itchy feet and contemplates other alternatives when booking.... lets see what happens on Friday

I'm getting to the point where I'm over it.

I have chewed through nearly 1/2 of my vouchers already, wishing I had purchased more now :(

I've used all of mine and I agree. I really wish I had purchased more. How about a Xmas in July Promo QF? I'm sure there would be a few of us willing to invest some more cash (or rather highest point yielding credit) ;)

Indeed, a Xmas in July promo for Gift Voucher would be great, given QF is short of cash this may help them get some more cash in the bank....

I thought I had planned out my trips quite well, but a few trips to SIN and NRT has chewed up more than I had planned...

It would be a brave marketing manager asking for a rerun of a promo that causes more grief exponentially each time it's run.

It has only caused grief for those who booked voucher(s) for more than one person. And only a few on this website. Probably lots of punters out in Ozland who are affected and haven't bother to call QFF, so in Qantas' eyes its been a great (financial) success.

None of my vouchers were for more than one person, and I'm still missing bonus points for $500 out of $2,000 worth purchased during the promotion - not sure which ones but I think it would be the 2 x $250 purchased on 1st December. I have suggested as much to ff@q and I'm still waiting for them to investigate and get back to me (ASAP) from 28/02.

I stand corrected that only multiple pax vouchers were affected, however I don't believe QF would regard the promo as anything other than a success.

Would be very interesting to know how many vouchers were actually sold in terms of $ and more importantly how many $ expire and never get used!

As QF ran it for a 2nd year they must have seen value in it after the first year

Very much looking forward to the same offer again in Xmas, even though my loyalty is 100% with QF for domestic it's nice to get that extra reward

True enough. And perhaps if enough people chase their $1 QF will change their booking system to make it automatic.*

*Apologies for not warning in advance of extreme sarcasm.

But.. if used for an int booking it could be worth $31!

I can understand them running it again, but not the fact that they didn't learn from their mistakes from last time.

I still haven't used any vouchers

It'll be 10 weeks tomorrow since the promotion ended... still nothing

And here I was going to book an award next week with them... mind you VA are now offering 2x points between 30 April and 25 June and also now the ability of upgrading Saver fares...interesting to see if they have the same IT gremlins with the bonus points posting.

Don't worry RR, I'm not booking with VA................... well not yet anyway but I'd really love the Christmas voucher points so I can book my favorite ADL>PER>ADL xASA on QF metal

I was wondering why this thread kept popping up so often - hadn't bothered to read until now though.

I had purchased in excess of 16k worth of vouchers. Some single passenger but most were multiples. I believe all of my bonus points have posted but I'm going have to be more thorough and check my activity statement carefully now to make sure !
