Have all your points posted?

all our points for this promo posted awhile ago now but still waiting for our Australian Open points to post. rang a couple of weeks ago and told would be any day soon. still nothing!!

Ok its now 10 weeks... to say im disappointed is an understatement.... poor form qantas

first 4000 posted ok and within reasonable time frame however the 3000 missing from a voucher that had already been redeemed is yet to post... i called 3 wks ago and told it would be a priority... still nothing.

disappointing i had to continually follow up the status credit promotion, then follow up where my gold pack was and now im playing the game again with qantas.

Do I send yet another email...? Make yet another phone call...?

weeks ago I didn't need the points......but now I do which is a real PITA

I used two of my $100 vouchers to buy $99 fares. According to the sale page, any unused credit should generate another voucher, which has not happened. Whilst I am not going to spend hours on the phone chasing 2x $1, I wonder what the minimum cutoff is for QF to reissue a voucher?

A bit cheeky if you ask me.

$2 cut off for customer care vouchers. But iirc there is no cut off for gift vouchers.

I can understand them running it again, but not the fact that they didn't learn from their mistakes from last time.

I still haven't used any vouchers

They've learned from the mistakes each of the last 3 years they've run the promo.

First time around was non-transferable had to be used in one go for a fare of greater value. Remember all those people wanting to buy $100 fares with $500 vouchers. Then we got name changes and residual voucher issues. Now customer care vouchers can be redeemed online. Still I'm not sure about points crediting mistakes.

I've had 3 phone calls from 3 emails about my missing QFF Gift points all had the same story "soon", so if you get the "soon" then its a fallacy, just fed up with this mess, gee I wish Qantas would get their house in order, just one disaster after another.

Third email sent chasing up missing points....getting tired of playing this game, but what else to do...?

pretty quiet in here... what a mess this promotion has been.....for some of us anyway

Agree. I'm in no real hurry for the points so I'm not stressing. I just want it resolved so I can stop checking to see if the problem has been fixed and the correct points posted. I do have considerable sympathy for those people who purchased vouchers in the belief that the points would be credited by now and they had a plan, and need, to be using them now.

From a member/customer perspective I find the sloppiness of it all quite unbelievable really.

It's no worse than last year, so at least it hasn't been 'enhanced'...

Totally agree. The only enhancement seems to have been the delay in crediting the points from a used voucher

March Points balance email just popped into the inbox - sadly still 10k short :(
Time for another email...

I had a missed call from Qantas Frequent Flyer, made some more promises... I guess it's only 12k in QFF that's owed to me, perhaps I should write it off as a bad experience and just book some Virgin flights and see how I go with their double points offer currently on...

Can't do your ADL/PER or vv JASA's without enough points, so QF's tardiness is their loss. Built my balance to 60K, now to decide how to spend

I am less than 2k away from booking the award (72k) as you mention QF WP, but am owed 12k from the Christmas promotion... Holding off for today to see if points post... then I don't know :-|

If I'm paying a full cash fare then it doesn't really matter who I book with so in general you are correct and Qantas will miss out on the fare
